This is so that when you are about to make a mistake that could result in injury, the experienced individual could alert you to the problem so that you can avoid it. The Right Ice Fishing Equipment for You

Most people don’t realize the amount of choices that are avaiable to them when it comes to ice fishing equipment. There are choices of clothes depending on the weather, choices of rods or tip ups and even choices of bait, string, shelters and everything else that you could think of.

The first choice of ice fishing equipment is the clothes that you are going to want to wear. Because ice fishing is always done in frozen temperatures you are going to want to dress in layers. The first layer is going to be something close to the skin and preferably made of cotton. There are many companies like Under Armour that make a specific product just for this reason. Your second layer is going to be a sweater to trap the heat next to your body. This should be thick and wooly as possible to ensure maximum heat entrapment. Your last layer, should be a layer of a heavier material that will block the wind. This should me made of a durable canvas or something like it.
